Well it's hard to image that Spencer is 5 today but it is true. He has grown up so much and really loves life. He can be a handful at times (a lot of the time) but i am so grateful for him and the love and joy he shares with us all. He is very excited to turn 5 so hopefully it won't be a disappointment. Hopefully later today or with in the next few days i can post a picture of our birthday boy.
Happy Birthday Spencer hope your day is wonderful and as much fun as it can be. We love you and are so glad you are a part of our family!!!!

Big announcement...............
Well we heard the heart beat today!!! It was just as exciting as the first time we heard Brysans. That is right we are expecting #5 in April. Our due date is April 11th and we are very excited. It came as a little bit of a shock but we are still very excited. We have known for about 6 weeks now but we decided to wait for a little while to tell everyone. I am 11 weeks along, we had our first doctors appointment today and we were able to hear the heart beat which is what i look forward to the most during pregnancy. I am hoping that things will continue to get better from this point on, I have been pretty nauseated for the last several weeks but this week has been good so far so i am hoping i am past all of that morning sickness stuff. We are very excited for the opportunity we have to be able to bring another child into this world and that Heavenly Father has entrusted us to be able to do so. It is a great blessing to have children and to learn from them as they learn from us.

It was a great summer we had a lot of fun and made some great memories!!! We can't wait until next summer to see what fun adventures we will have. Last of our Summer
Well our summer has come to an end with Brysan starting school back on the 31st of Aug. It was a great day. She was very excited to be going to the 2nd grade and so far she is loving it. The 31st happens to be our anniversary as well so Dusty took the day off and we went golfing. The first time i ever went golfing was on our honeymoon so we like to try to work in a golf game around our anniversary. I really enjoyed having him home for the day and the time we were able to spend with each other. It has been 8 fabulous years and we have created many memories and i am looking forward to the next years and eternity to come.
I have been trying to post pictures of our summer activities but for some reason it's not working so when i figure out whats going on with it i will post lots of pictures of all of our outings this summer.

Our Summer....
Where does the time go??? It seems like yesterday i just updated our blog but nope it was two months ago. Oh well maybe i can do better once school starts and we aren't as busy. It's crazy to think that school is going to be starting soon, Brysan will start school the 31st of August. It's even crazier to think that she will be in the second grade. WOW!!!
We have been on the go quite a bit this summer which is really different for us, but i have enjoyed everything we have done and the memories that were made. Since my last post I got to celebrate my birthday on Father's Day this year, growing up i hated having to share the day with my Dad but i really enjoyed it this year, it doesn't happen that often and i think this is the only time it has happened since Dusty and I have been married so it was fun to share the day with him.
A few days after that my brother got married so we had fun helping and attending the wedding. Then we went camping for a week. That's right TENT camping for 6 days. We managed to hit 3 different family reunions in that weeks time period. The first two nights we slept at Dusty's parents house but after that we were in a tent in the mountains with 2 other family reunions. The kids loved all of it, the first two days we were at a lake, the kids thought it was great being able to play in the lake and just run and play. One of Dusty's cousins tried running a snow mobile across the lake, we all waited with excitement but he sank. It was rather funny but later a friend of his cousin was able to make a great run and we got some pictures.
After we left the lake we went up into the mountains and had a great time, rain and all. I'm sure we all would of liked it better if it didn't rain but we made the best of it. This reunion involves everyone from Dusty's parents down. All their kids and grand kids and sometimes great grand kids. This year there was 40 of us that actually slept up in the mountains. It was so much fun, lots of card playing and visiting and even a karaoke night. This year Brysan got to sleep in the "girls" tent, and Spencer got to sleep in the "boys" tent, they had a blast. There was at least 14 girls in the tent, the boys tent had about 8 i believe. We all enjoyed ourselves and can't wait until next year, which Dusty and I get to plan.
From here we went back to Twin Falls for the day to do laundry and get some more groceries and then headed back up into the same mountains only about 5 minutes away from where we were the first time and had another family reunion. This is the annual CABIN reunion however this year we were low on numbers. There were many who chose to go be with their brother, son, uncle who was diagnosed on Father's Day weekend with leukemia, it was a great choice by them even though they were missed at the cabin. We still did many of the normal cabin activities, wood cutting, big dinner on the 4th and auction. It was still a lot of fun and we really enjoyed ourselves there as well. From what we know Dusty's cousin with Leukemia is doing better and is home now but will continue to have treatment for a year. He is a very strong man and we hope and pray he can beat this.

Our Summer.....part 2
Once we got back from camping Dusty left for California a week later. He was gone for a week and i thought i was going to go crazy, luckily my mom takes the kids every summer for Grandma week. Well this year it worked out that she was doing Grandma days while Dusty was gone. So i dropped the kids off Wednesday morning and we didn't go pick them up until Friday night after Dusty got home. I had two an a half days all to myself and i went CRAZY!!!!!!!! I was so lonely and bored it was sad. I finally started to get use to it Thursday night and Friday but it was weird not having to take care of any diapers or filling any sippy cups.
That Saturday we went up to my Aunt and Uncles cabin for the night, it is up toward McCall. The kids had fun and it was nice to have a fun quick trip away together. We got back Sunday night and then Monday afternoon the kids and i left and went to Utah with my mom to visit my sisters. We had a great time visiting them and just hanging out a enjoying each others company. While we were there it happened to be the 24th of July so we got to experience a 24th celebration in Utah. It was fun and the kids loved the parade and the fireworks.
We came home on the 25th and the 26th was Brysans birthday!!!!!!!! She turned '7' I can't believe she is 7 already. What is even crazier is that the same day the 26th Brysan turned 7 and Braidon turned 18 months. It was a fun day, we had family over for dinner and a little get together and she was so excited that it was her birthday. Now Dusty keeps telling me things like "less then a year and she gets baptized" I have to tell him to be quiet because i can't picture her being that old yet. It is hard having your kids growing up and changing so much. In just over a month and a half Spencer will turn 5 and then a few months later Aleysa will be 3 and then a few months after that Braidon will be 2. It seems like yesterday Dusty and i were just married, but we will celebrate 8 years the end of this month. Where does the time go????
Well since we have been back from Utah we haven't done a lot, we did go to the fair with my parents, aunt and uncle, and my brother and sister in law, and my niece last weekend. I love going to the fair it's always so fun.
Now we are trying to finalize plans for the rest of the weekends left until school and they seem to be getting pretty busy and full but it should all be fun. I promise i will post pictures of our summer outings within the next couple of days, i have to find some of them i'm not sure where they got put. I will do my best to have some posted soon. We have all enjoyed our summer and have stayed healthy and mostly happy, we all have some bad days. We love life and all the many things we have been able to do while living here.
